About Rita Gamble
Rita moved to Wallingford in 2023 after spending nine years in Cornwall inspired by the intense light and wild landscape.
Walks along beaches and coast paths with her sketchbook have proved invaluable in the development of her paintings. Her aim now is to explore and interpret the Oxfordshire landscape.
Working in oil, but also acrylic and watercolour she captures the spiritual essence of the landscape.
Rita’s paintings have been exhibited in Cornwall, West Sussex and Oxfordshire and are part of several private collections.
